Have you ever...

Been so tired, that you cannot sleep? It's happening tonight. I had the same problem about 7 years ago when I did an all day rock climb in Yosemite. My guide told me the next day, that it's a well known problem for climbers. Their bodies get flooded with adrenaline and they can't sleep. Rats!

I got an email from Pauline that basically said suffering is not required for enlightenment. Wow, Pauline; maybe your the Buddhist and I really am Catholic!

I'm off to Pamplona after it gets light . Known for their annual running of the bulls; it's about 30 miles away on what should be hard pack, downhill good trail.

Trivia: did you know that Spanish keyboards don't have an "@" sign on them? Hmm... Internet? Well, just so you know; if you hit Cntl-Alt-2 on the keyboard, you get an "@" sign. ;-)
